Handmade Wood-Fired Tea Bowl

This tea bowl was crafted from fine porcelain clay and glazed with a clear glaze. It spent four days in a traditional wood-fired kiln, where the flames and fly ash created natural variations on the surface. The ash fused with the glaze to form subtle, organic patterns and textures that cannot be replicated.

Wood firing is both unpredictable and exciting—each piece emerges from the kiln with its own character. No two bowls are ever the same, making this tea bowl a truly one-of-a-kind work of art.
